The NQ crew discusses Rock Band Blitz, Soundshapes, Sleeping Dogs, The Walking Dead, and everyone’s favorite sports management sim MLB Front Office Manager. Then, pinballs of both the real world and virtual variety are talked about in detail, because you love it.

First half!

  • Rock Band Blitz (We wrap our feeble minds around the craziness of this arcadey music score attack DLC thing and like it. For the most part!)
  • Sound Shapes (Get it for the Beck levels. Seriously. It’s great!)
  • Transformers: Fall of Cybertron (Maki breaks his yearly rule to play this TF fan-service third-person shooter. Also, it has Grimlock audio logs! We think, maybe!)
  • The Walking Dead (Heartbreak and misery await. And we love it!)
  • Sleeping Dogs (Harlo redboxes this open-world brawler, but wants less realism, more crazy!)
  • Yakuza 4 (Listener Jens gifts Harlo this cutscene-laden japanese brawler, where wrecking dudes is the order of the day!)
  • Mass Effect 3: Leviathan DLC (Maki says to save your money!)
  • Pimp My Ride (BJ really wants to ghostride the whip, but his pimping is limited by technical issues. Oh no!)
  • The Force Unleashed (BJ lays waste to everything before being turned into a child in the mother of all abiliteases!)

Second Half! (1:11:28)

  • Pinball Corner!
    • Real Life Pinball (Chuck and Harlo are now the proud owners of real-life, honest-to-god pinball tables: San Francisco and Big Guns!)
    • Pinball Arcade DLC (Gorgar & Monster Bash arrive, but stuff was screwed up. As usual!)
    • Pinball FX 2 (Plants Vs Zombies arrives and it’s way, way too easy!)
  • Plants Vs Zombies (Maki gets all the achievements and then retires from PvZ!)
  • Lego Star Wars: The Complete Series (Maki is done! All 1000 points! Everyone rejoices, except the achievement creator who he will one day hunt down and torture!)
  • Mech Corps (Harlo plays this crazy giant mech pod simulator thing at Dragon*con!)
  • Burnout Paradise (BJ and Maki take themselves down to the Paradise City, where the grass is green and the Australian children are complete assholes!)
  • Just Cause 2 (Harlo shows how much he enjoys this game by playing through it AGAIN!)
  • MLB Front Office Manager (Chuck makes baseball even more boring, somehow!)
  • Operation Flashpoint: Red River (Chuck becomes Front Line Manager in this strategic shooter!)
  • Mobile Corner! (description)
    • Persona 3 Portable (It may not make any sense, but it doesn’t make any sense in an entertaining way!)
    • Scribblenauts Remix (Funky bridges abound!)
