Holy crap, games! Time to get serious as only the NQ Crew can as we talk about vroom vroom games like Forza Horizon, Need For Speed Most Wanted and Ridge Racer Unbounded, games for AMERICA like Assassins Creed 3, and then some games featuring everyone’s favorite womanizing secret agent, Jimmy Bond. HOLY CRAP GAMES!!

NQcast43 – Optional Kudos and Socks

First half!

  • Forza Horizon (It’s awesome! We totally didn’t expect this!)
  • Need For Speed Most Wanted: Non-Razor Callahan Edition (It’s good, but flawed. We totally didn’t expect that!)
  • Ridge Racer Unbounded (Chuck binds or unbinds things involving illuminati and racing or something. We don’t know. Unbounded.)
  • Assassin’s Creed 3 (It should have been like Red Dead with more murdering. But it isn’t. One big long sigh of frustration is heard ‘round the globe.)
  • Assassin’s Creed 3 Liberation (An interesting main character can’t save a lot of poor game design decisions. Let’s play dress-up!)
  • WWE ’13 (Remember when wrestling was good? Ok, not good but tolerable? Good, because that’s the wrestling you will do! You will do it with Attitude!)
  • Halo 4 (Maki enjoys his initial impressions of it. Who cares about the story, though, it looks great!)

Second Half! (1:32:30)

  • Medal of Honor: Warfighter (Chuck Fights a War, Honorably. It’s completely average (aside from its beards), but worth a rental, maybe?)
  • Dishonored (BJ & Harlo give their initial impressions. Honorably. You MIGHT end up in a sewer. It’s a Bethesda game, after all.)
  • 007 Legends (Chuck and Harlo hate this game! Retcons for hte sake of retcons are a bad idea.)
  • Quantum of Solace (Chuck thinks this is the Bond game you should be playing instead of 007 Legends! And it’s only $2.99 used!)
  • Borderlands 2 Scarlett’s Pirate Booty DLC (We beat the main game, BJ & Chuck go through the DLC and Maki suffers the wrath of progress-erasing glitches!)
  • Walking Dead Episode 4 (Chuck continues the tradition of playing one of the best games of the year! It’s still messed up! BJ also makes a pledge.)
  • The Baconing (Harlo continues the Deathspank series and continues to love it!)
  • Pinball Arcade (360 still doesn’t have many tables, iOS gets caught up and we enjoy most of the new ones that are out!)
  • Mobile Corner!
    • Borderlands iOS (Maki blows $5 on this and warns people to only get it on iPad, and even then, it’s not very good.)
    • Army of Darkness Defense (Harlo and Maki love this free-to-play tower defense game using AoD voices! If you have an iOS device, get it. Trust us.)
    • Jaws Revenge (Eat people! It’s fun!)
    • Nyan Cat (Harlo continues to return to the craziness, where they keep adding new fun stuff!)
    • Punch Quest (Super-fun free-to-play using the same model as Jetpack Joyride equals success!)
    • Earn To Die (Maki enjoys this 99¢ zombie smashing car driving mad max type game!)
