NQcast22 – Red Ring Was Here

• Nintendo 3DS (None of us bought it, none of us probably will… Though Combat of Giant Dinosaurs is tempting!)
• Burnout Crash (We love Burnout and we love Crash Mode! What could possibly go wrong with this?!)
• Bulletstorm (Wait, one of us got it! Who’s the dicktits that went and did that? At least it leads to discussion of tutorial sections and storytelling in games!)
• Full House Poker (We like the game, though we feel like AI is always cheating. ALWAYS!)
• Xbox Live Labs (We all played it! For SIX HOURS!)
• Torchlight (We all love how it controls on 360! Inventory sorting is the only gripe, so you know that it’s good. So yeah, Torchlight is still awesome!)
• CODBLOPS (BJ beats single player and Harlo beats multiplayer! Well, he prestiges at least!)
• Split/Second (Maki discovers a new area! Maybe there really is more to this game!)

• Maki’s DLC Corner
  • Mass Effect 2: The Arrival (Maki proves that insanity mode is for those that are insane. He doesn’t recommend it, either.)
  • Assassins Creed Brotherhood: The DaVinci Disappearance (Maki discovers the joys of glitches that rob your safehouse of all items!)
  • Dead Space 2: Severed (Would you like to play through 2 levels from the main game, except backwards? Then buy this!)
• Mass Effect 2 (Harlo starts another playthrough but avoids going insane, unlike Maki.)
• Unbound Saga (Well worth $2, even with the crazy perspective that gets annoying)
• Magicka (Harlo plays it with a gamepad… And it works! Also, he learns of the best spell ever put in a game.)
• Demolition!
  • WWE All-Stars (Flyin’ Brian was not in the demo, but we still enjoyed WWE as a fighting game!)
  • Mortal Kombat (We play it on PS3, and are kinda lukewarm on everything but the X-ray moves!)
• Duke Nukem Forever (We wonder why the hell it’s getting delayed. Is it a joke?)

Third Half! (1:41:45)

• Portal 2 (Harlo and Maki decide to switch to 360 from PS3. Mostly since we can get a Steam copy next year for 50¢!)
• Headsets (Do people have super headsets for CODBLOPS? Why does sound quality suck on 360? How come group chat on PS3 is terrible?)
