Playbor Day Weekend – Sept. 4-7

Okay everyone, we’ve got news.

You might be calling it something else, but for us, Friday September 4th – Monday September 7th is Playbor Day Weekend! Since we’re not getting to do our gaming conventions this year we’ve decided we’re taking a weekend off from family and responsibility, locking ourselves in our game rooms and playing games all weekend long! And you’re invited to come along.

Some of our shenanigans might/will be livestreamed. You should go follow us right now at http://www.twitch.tv/noquartersnet. If we’re streaming from one of our individual accounts, they’re set up to stream there, and we’re working on some multi-stream options as well. No promises… this stuff is complicated, no matter what the kids say.

This list is evolving, but here’s a selection of games under consideration for us over Playbor Day Weekend as of right now. We are trying to stick to Xbox Game Pass / Games With Gold / Playstation Plus games in a lot of cases:

And YOU can play along with us on some of these games. We’d love you have you with us for party chat and friendly competition in certain situations. Plus in the case of Pinball FX 3 we’ll be running a score tournament the entire weekend that you’ll have exclusive access to.

What’s that game called…?

Still quarantined but we’re back to talk about the world of video games! We say farewell to Mixer but hello to new consoles! Then we get into specific games like Call of Duty Modern Warfare / Warzone, the Resident Evil series, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Anthem, Oxenfree, Kentucky Route Zero, Stranded Deep, Shaolin vs. Wutang and Control.

Then in the second half Maki talks about streaming La-Mulana, then Chuck explains his current gaming psychosis involving achievements and simulating sports games.
